“3” – “How else might you feel?” – and that was the one that stumped me. I was right, I knew I was. But every time I said some variation of angry, furious, livid, Guru simply replied calmly: “Like you’re a victim, you’ve expressed that already—Now, how else might you feel?”

And right then, I just saw it. The options of feelings started pouring out—“indifferent, calm, blasé, forgiving, … amused, even!” As I said each one, I noticed I felt differently. It was bizarre.
